Sprout Social is looking to hire a Senior Manager, Product Operations to our R&D Operations team.

In Short

• Lead and develop a team of Product Operations Managers and Technical Program Managers.
• Evolve and manage the release process in coordination with R&D and GTM partners.
• Drive operational excellence by setting priorities and providing coaching.
• Foster cross-functional alignment with engineering, product, design, and GTM teams.
• Model strong leadership by building trust and supporting team growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management or business operations.
• 3+ years of experience in a people management role.
• Experience in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data.
• Ability to influence senior executives in product decision-making.
