Compensation Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Compensation Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration of CivicPlus’ compensation programs. This role supports the development and maintenance of our compensation strategy, benchmarking processes, salary grade structures, and market data review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in compensation analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Experience with compensation data software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Must meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
