We're looking for a Pensions Manager to play a key role in managing our pensions team and provide our customers with a an exceptional experience.

In Short

• Manage the pensions team and ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Full responsibility for delivering expert pensions services.
• Line manage the Pensions Bureau Team with regular check-ins.
• Ensure compliance with payroll and pensions legislative requirements.
• Monitor and adhere to deadlines for customer services.
• Act as first line escalation for team and customer issues.
• Lead Bureau Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Train new team members.
