• Lead the creation and execution of media outreach, influencer partnerships, and content initiatives tailored to Italian audiences.
• Build relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets to secure impactful coverage in the Italian press.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and leadership to align messaging with key business priorities.
• Tailor content for cultural relevance and resonance with Italian audiences.
• Work with marketing, product, and community teams to align communications strategies with business goals.
• Own the tracking and measurement of communications initiatives, using insights to refine future campaigns.
• Manage relationships with external PR partners, ensuring alignment with Unobravo’s communication strategies and campaign execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years in communications, with significant experience in Italy.
• Native Italian speaker, fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of the evolving media and influencer landscape.
• Ability to craft clear, compelling narratives that drive engagement and action.
• Experience managing end-to-end communications campaigns.
• Strong ability to generate fresh, creative ideas that capture audience attention.
• Proven experience in managing issues and maintaining trust during sensitive situations.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• A commitment to advocating for mental health and creating meaningful impact.
