Overview

The Office Manager for Development Inspections is responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring effective communication within the division.

Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree and three years of administrative experience.
  • Experience in an administrative capacity or supervising staff.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information.
  • Proficiency in data entry and office software.
  • Experience with fleet management is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing work conditions.
