In Short

• Work on mechanical code related issues.
• Evaluate technical challenges from recent programs.
• Research complex technical issues regarding NYC construction codes.
• Review reports on mechanical systems equipment and installation.
• Prepare mechanical system descriptions and technical reports.
• Research applicable design standards and codes.
• Eligible for remote work up to 2 days per week.
• Work under direction with independence in judgment.
• Contribute to complex projects requiring specific expertise.
• Maintain a valid New York State Professional Engineer’s License.

Requirements

• Four years of full-time mechanical engineering experience.
• Valid New York State Professional Engineer’s License.
• Master's degree in mechanical engineering may substitute for one year of experience.
• Experience as a project leader on complex projects for higher assignment levels.
