Mechanical Engineer - Remote

Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will provide Mechanical Engineering support to design and construction oversight for Facilities Design and Construction projects for a DoD customer.

In Short

• Provide Mechanical Engineering support for various projects.
• Perform analysis of technical issues and review technical documents.
• Conduct field inspections and develop technical papers.
• Independently develop engineering products that meet quality requirements.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, and technical direction.
• Supervise the creation of detailed calculations and drawings.
• Provide input to CAD Designers and lower-level Engineers.
• Must hold a BS in Mechanical Engineering and have 8+ years of experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance preferred.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills required.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8 or more years of experience in Mechanical Engineering.
• State of Utah Professional Engineer registration.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Active TS/SCI clearance preferred.
• Willingness to process for clearance if not held.
• Must be a US Citizen.
