Overview

The selected Management Auditor will be responsible for overseeing bank reconciliations, vendor invoicing, and revenue collection processes within the New York City Police Department.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college.
  • 24 semester credits in accounting including courses in advanced accounting, auditing, and cost accounting.
  • One year of experience in management auditing or equivalent.
  • Certified Public Accountant license or Certified Internal Auditor certificate accepted.
  • Two years of experience in financial or managerial accounting can substitute for one year of auditing experience.
  • Must meet minimum requirements for Management Auditor Assignment Level II.
