Overview

The Grants Management Specialist – Level II will have effective communication skills and organizational skills to support potential and current government clients. This is a remote work position.

In Short

• Perform selected pre-award functions for financial assistance support.
• Conduct specific award process efforts in STRIPES.
• Coordinate with Program Owners to review budgets.
• Evaluate subcontractors and verify compliance with regulations.
• Conduct Financial Management Assessments.
• Prepare assistance agreement terms and conditions.
• Track award process milestones for timely submissions.
• Participate in Multi-Functional Teams and conduct meetings.
• Provide guidance on award document preparation.
• Mentor team members for consistent information transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum of five years in federal grant awards preparation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and STRIPES.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple assignments with strict deadlines.
• Collaborative work style with team members.
