The Certified IT Developer (Applications) II supervises a team responsible for developing and maintaining applications, ensuring functionality and accessibility through various Microsoft technologies while supporting the mission of the New York City Police Department.

Requirements

• Must be a permanent employee or on civil service list.
• Master's degree in computer science or related field with 12 months experience, or bachelor's degree with 24 months experience.
• Experience in application development and IT project management.
• Professional/vendor certifications required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
• Ability to lead teams and manage projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL Server and application testing.
