City Cast is seeking a passionate community and brand builder to join our City Cast Seattle team as Audience Development Manager. This person will be the engine behind our local social media presence and our broader relationship with our audience and fans in your city.

In Short

• Be the cultural pulse of the brand on social media.
• Work with producers to develop content across various platforms.
• Manage the social media calendar.
• Engage with the audience daily across all platforms.
• Identify and share analytics and trends from social performance.
• Assist marketing team on executing partnerships and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with the national membership team.
• Help execute local PR opportunities.
• Support occasional in-person events.
• Manage the local marketing budget.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in social media or community management.
• Experience developing marketing strategies for a brand.
• Deep knowledge of Seattle's local culture and online communities.
• Strong writing and voice skills.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video content.
• Highly organized and self-directed.
• A collaborative spirit who thrives in a startup environment.
