Overview

The Support Service Division Management Assistant will play a crucial role in the Department of Technology, assisting with project management and administrative functions to support the Chief Operating Officer and ensure effective collaboration across departments.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience in administrative duties related to operations management or budget administration.
  • Strong scheduling and calendar management skills.
  • Experience with document organization and data entry.
  • Ability to handle email communication and prepare reports.
  • Experience managing office supplies and vendor relationships.
  • Proficient in coordinating meetings and taking minutes.
  • Familiarity with expense reporting and budgets.
  • Excellent prioritization skills.
