Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President – Callback Team Manager to lead a team of 15 professionals responsible for authenticating Wealth NAM and LATAM client instructions through callback verification.

• Lead and develop a team of 15 callback specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in financial services or risk management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of financial transactions and fraud prevention.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in banking systems and authentication tools.
• Experience managing customer service or fraud prevention teams.
• Familiarity with wire transfers and operational risk frameworks.
• Experience with process automation and technology enhancement.
