Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) Scrum Master to join our dynamic Agile team at Citi. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile methodology within our organization, specifically focusing on Scrum practices.

In Short

• Act as a Scrum Master for Agile teams.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile frameworks.
• Remove impediments for the team.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Monitor and track team progress and performance metrics.
• Foster a positive team environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience required.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent required.
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Agile certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven track record of implementing Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile tools.
• Advanced Agile certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles.
• Familiarity with financial services regulations.
