Assistant Vice President, District Success - Remote

Overview

Springboard Collaborative invites talented and passionate candidates to apply for the position of Assistant Vice President, District Success. The AVP of District Success will lead the team of Executive Directors responsible for supporting existing Springboard school and district partners. This role leads the team in driving partner success with SBC programs and services while driving retention and growth in many of the largest school districts. A successful candidate will lead and enable the team to develop and execute customer success plans, ensure overall satisfaction and retention for Springboard customers, and drive cross-functional alignment to retain and grow existing accounts. This is a remote position.

In Short

• Retain 80% of existing accounts with a minimum of 10% growth and expansion in each.
• Partner with the District Partnerships team to build 3X new customer pipeline.
• Lead the team in meeting annual targeted enrollment goals.
• Deepen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the largest districts and key accounts.
• Maintain and increase the overall employee engagement score of the District Success team from the previous year's survey.

Requirements

• Experience in customer success or account management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in working with educational institutions or non-profits is a plus.
