Vice President of Product Management - Remote

Overview

As Vice President of Product Management, you will be responsible for leading our product management team in delivering innovative solutions to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company’s vision and goals
• Lead and mentor a product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to drive product development from concept to launch
• Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment
• Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum of 10-15 years experience in Product Management leadership role, preferably in the e-commerce industry
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Deep understanding of product development methodologies and user experience principles
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering impact
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Benefits

• Compensation: $190,000 - $240,000
• Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 25%
