• Define and execute our Conversational AI solutions' product vision and strategy.
• Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development.
• Develop and maintain deep domain expertise in Conversational AI.
• Lead customer discovery efforts to inform product development.
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers and analysts.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners and customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, focusing on Conversational AI or related fields.
• Proven experience in building and scaling AI-powered products.
• Strong technical background in AI technologies.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for Conversational AI and improving customer experiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
