Overview

The Rates Governance & Projects team is key to enabling business growth, facilitating new business initiatives, driving technology change and enhancing the control and governance framework.

In Short

• Part of the Business Management team, working across functions.
• Partnering with Trading, Finance, Tech, and 2LOD functions.
• Create Project/program plans and ensure strong governance.
• Drive technology change and process enhancements.
• Analyse and understand data for effective distribution.
• Enhance controls to support business processes and compliance.
• Provide tracking and reporting status of plan execution.
• Understand Citi Enterprise Architecture methodology.
• Lead meetings and create action plans.
• Work in a hybrid model with up to 2 days at home.

Requirements

• Experience in financial markets or related industry.
• Exposure to interest rate products preferred.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Energetic self-starter with minimal direction.
• Good knowledge of Markets workflows and trade lifecycle.
• Able to analyse data and create controls.
• High-quality presentation skills for Senior Management.
• Ability to lead meetings and ensure follow-ups.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
