Overview

The HR Learning Operations Support Analyst 2 is responsible for providing operations support services related to web-based training content testing and audience management within the Citi Learning Management System.

• Provide operations support for web-based training content.
• Test the functionality of training modules on various platforms.

Requirements

• 0-2 years relevant experience in HR operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• English proficiency minimum 80%.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
