Dedicated Lending Associate SAFE Act - Remote

Overview

The Dedicated Lending SAFE Act is an entry-level position responsible for contributing to the formulation and implementation of long and short-term strategic plans to increase market share and maximize growth opportunities in the marketplace.

In Short

• Deliver mortgage lending services to clients in consultation with Home Lending Officers.
• Gather information from clients and third-party sources for loan applications.
• Monitor application pipeline to ensure key dates are met.
• Manage marketing processes for Home Lending Officers.
• Partner with Operations teams for seamless loan application transfers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Assess risk in business decisions to safeguard the firm's reputation.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding loan requirements.
• Register as a mortgage loan originator as per SAFE Act regulations.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of lending products and regulations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Mortgage/Loan Origination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma with relevant experience.
• Expert knowledge of lending products and pricing alternatives.
• Ability to explain financial calculations and pricing options.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Team player with a track record of growing business.
• Knowledge of consumer lending laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage customer inquiries effectively.
• Demonstrated ethical judgment in business practices.
