In Short

• Join the newly formed captive lending team at Octane.
• Develop models and scenario analysis for portfolio performance.
• Forecast economics for loss sharing and participation structures.
• Coordinate with capital markets for ABS issuances impact.
• Assist in developing financial reporting materials.
• Support profitability tracking and market analysis.
• Work autonomously and operationalize financial models.
• Collaborate with various teams including finance and technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar discipline preferred.
• 7+ years of financial modeling experience required.
• Experience in capital markets transactions.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with building models from scratch.
• Willingness to learn and iterate.
• Scrappy working style for problem-solving.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills.
