Learning Associate - Remote

Overview

Chartis is looking for driven, dynamic, organized and collaborative talent to join the Learning team. As a Learning Associate, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day execution of firmwide learning initiatives.

In Short

• Manage our Learning Management System, the Learning Hub.
• Lead colleague usage and the firm’s subscription to LinkedIn Learning.
• Gather and track data across all learning systems.
• Manage communication for all learning, both virtual and in-person.
• Support with the logistical coordination of learning events, virtual and in-person.
• Contribute to special projects as needed within the learning function.
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues throughout the firm.
• 1-2 years of administrative or coordinator experience in a professional services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Requirements

• Outstanding organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability and desire to learn new technologies through hands-on experience.
• Experience with learning management systems is a plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally to firm meetings and learning programs.
