Overview

The HR Associate - Learning & Development will lead and manage key HR areas including onboarding, learning and development, and performance management to ensure a positive experience for new employees and continuous improvement in training programs.

In Short

  • Design and coordinate onboarding plans for new hires.
  • Lead the implementation of Acumen University for employee development.
  • Manage performance management processes and feedback culture.
  • Support engagement activities and other HR functions as needed.
  • Work closely with People Managers and Executive Leadership.
  • Develop career pathways and update competency libraries.
  • Ensure readiness of talents for project assignments.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and improve programs.
  • Provide comprehensive medical and dental coverage.
  • Foster a culture of trust and collaboration within the organization.

Requirements

  • University degree in Psychology, Business, Human Resources or related field.
  • Certified L&D Professional or equivalent preferred.
  • At least six years of experience in Learning & Development.
  • Experience in Performance Management is an advantage.
