Sales Development Associate - Remote

Overview

The Sales Development Associate is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or clients with the goal of generating sales leads for closing sales.

In Short

• Conduct heavy outbound calls to prospective customers using Connect and Sell software.
• Introduce products or services to potential clients and explain their benefits.
• Qualify leads and gather relevant information.
• Follow scripts for effective communication and sales pitches.
• Build rapport with prospects and address objections.
• Set up appointments for the sales team with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team for lead generation strategies.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Continuously learn about products and sales techniques.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related experience.
• Three plus years of market development/research experience.
• Proven track record of achieving quotas.
• Knowledge of the bulk services market or telecommunications in Florida.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills both orally and written.
