Overview

The Data Governance Foundation Lead Analyst is responsible for contributing to the directional strategy and assisting in the creation and modification of Enterprise Data Governance Strategy, Data Risk and Control Framework, and Data Risk Taxonomy.

• Partner with multiple teams to implement Data Governance policies and frameworks.
• Provide expertise on Data Governance and Data Risk frameworks.

• 6+ years relevant experience required.

Requirements

• Advanced understanding of Project Management methodologies.
• Ability to anticipate and balance needs of multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and diplomacy skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience in Data Governance or related areas.
• Ability to manage unexpected requirement changes.
• Knowledge of industry best practices.
• Experience with risk controls and monitors.
• Skills in change management and credible challenge.
• Ability to synthesize metrics on governance principles.
