Overview

The VP - Data Governance Foundation Lead Analyst role is focused on implementing effective data governance and remediation programs within the Services Operations Data Governance Execution team, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide regulatory commitments.

• Drive adoption of enterprise-wide Data Operating Model (DOM).
• Lead Data Quality Controls Assessments (DQCAs) to identify and remediate data quality gaps.
• Facilitate the development of consistent static data maintenance across platforms.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to drive data governance execution.
• Manage projects related to data quality and establish priorities.
• Engage with regulators and internal reviews on data quality governance.
• Develop influencing strategies to gain business leadership support.
• Educate teams on data quality tools and principles.
• Identify opportunities for re-engineering data processes.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• 2-3 years of managerial experience.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex concepts.
• Experience with data governance and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead diverse teams across multiple locations.
• Proven track record in project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data quality tools and frameworks.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
