Overview

The Credit Process Management Senior Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements while facilitating a seamless credit process within Citi's Wealth Credit Management.

• Provide independent Quality Control at the credit approval stage.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Citi’s policies.
• Review credit and regulatory data attributes.
• Verify KYC compliance for loan parties.
• Authorize credit facility approvals and modifications.
• Lead projects to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Underwriters and Team Leads.
• Maintain knowledge of loan products and credit policies.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills required.
• Experience in a large financial institution is a must.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Knowledge of Citibank’s Credit Policies and Wealth Product Programs.
• Familiarity with KYC and AML policies.
• Understanding of regional and local regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication capabilities.
• Prior experience in control functions or banking preferred.
• Understanding of lending rules and regulations is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with Underwriters.
