Overview

The Compliance Risk Management Senior Analyst (AVP) plays a crucial role in establishing compliance strategies and managing risks within the Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) framework at Citi.

In Short

• Establish internal compliance strategies and policies.
• Engage with ICRM teams to develop CRM program solutions.
• Improve processes and workflows within the ICRM USPB Programs team.
• Analyze compliance data and prepare reports.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in financial services compliance.
• Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools like Tableau.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Knowledge of compliance laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
