  • Ensures adherence to internal processes and risk management practices.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Documentation review and Account Maintenance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to work in a structured, high-volume environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in handling urgent and escalation cases.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn multiple products in a challenging environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
