Asset Servicing Senior Analyst - Remote

Overview

The role in Asset Servicing Team which depending on Team assignment will include managing, reconciling and processing Corporate Action events.

In Short

• Gain and apply knowledge of products and processes/procedures, industry practices, standards and controls required for custody accounts.
• Reconcile and process positions related to Corporate Action events.
• Monitor client instructions and respond to standard client inquiries.
• Execute moderate to complex transactions and act as a process owner.
• Track errors to adhere to audit and control policies.
• Escalate issues to management and participate in cross-training activities.
• Fluent English (minimum B2) required.
• 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access - is desired).

Requirements

• Knowledge of multiple types of investment instruments including Equity securities, Fixed Income and Asset Backed securities.
• Interest in capital markets/finance.
• Proven success as a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamically changing priorities.
• Readiness to work during public holidays on a rotational basis.
