Overview

The Senior Systems Engineer is a global technical & customer service role that provides L3 Microsoft 365 Suite support and participates in various technology initiatives & projects. You will manage and support the company’s Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring system availability, integrity, security, and support of internal end-users globally.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Experience in PowerShell scripting and Power Apps.
• General knowledge of networking (IP, DNS, SMTP).
• Knowledge of Identity management products like Okta.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Microsoft O365 Certification preferred.
• Azure Certification preferred.
• ITIL Certification preferred.
