Overview

The Senior Director, UK Compliance Officer & MLRO will lead the development and execution of Circle’s regulatory compliance program in the UK, ensuring that operations meet all legal and regulatory obligations.

Requirements

• 13+ years as a Compliance Officer or MLRO in a UK-regulated entity.
• 7+ years of team management experience.
• Deep knowledge of UK AML regulations and FCA expectations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence teams.
• Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in high-growth technology or crypto companies.
• Previously approved by the FCA for relevant functions.
• Familiarity with generative AI models.
• Experience with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
