Golin Chicago is looking for an experienced Director to join a dynamic team supporting industry leading spirits brands.

In Short

• Oversee the daily operations and strategic direction for two high-profile accounts.
• Energize and manage a diverse, high-performing team.
• Drive project management across various campaigns.
• Act as the primary liaison between our agency and client teams.
• Quickly assess challenges and develop creative solutions.
• Oversee PR and media activations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful work.
• Ensure transparency and efficiency in budget management.
• Occasional travel for campaign activations may be required.
• Foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a PR agency or related communications environment.
• Proven track record in managing large, multi-faceted accounts.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Strong financial acumen and budget oversight experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Agency experience required.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• (Bonus) Familiarity with the spirits industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Ability to deliver high-impact work in fast-paced settings.
