Overview

The Senior Brand & Digital Consultant will develop and implement advanced talent brand, attraction and engagement solutions that enable clients to enhance the quality of hire, ignite talent performance and maximize the value of the client’s employer brand.

• Manage project delivery with budgets ranging from $25K to $100K.
• Understand invoicing, accounting, and reporting for high-quality outputs.
• Maintain high visibility with internal stakeholders for client development.
• Write strategic creative briefs with limited oversight.
• Contribute to internal and external content like blogs and webinars.
• Gather market intelligence for targeted talent marketing strategies.
• Measure ROI on projects and ensure proper tracking of campaigns.
• Work remotely within the US.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in employer branding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in a related field.
• Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
• Strong understanding of talent marketing and EVP/employer brand strategy.
• Ability to translate best practices into effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
