Overview

The Brand & Digital Consultant will develop and implement talent brand, attraction and engagement solutions that enable clients to enhance the quality of hire, ignite talent performance and maximize the value of the client’s employer brand.

• Develop commercially effective talent brand, digital and communications solutions.
• Use Market and Talent intelligence for targeted talent marketing initiatives.
• Partner with clients to develop briefs and deploy solutions.
• Manage Brand & Digital projects ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
• Measure and maximize ROI on all projects.
• Service delivery, management & governance.
• Support business development opportunities with internal stakeholders.
• Work within the Global Brand, Digital and Communications Practice.
• Enhance the quality of hire for clients.
• Ignite talent performance through effective branding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in a related field.
• Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
• Strong understanding of talent marketing.
• Experience in EVP/Employer brand strategy.
• Knowledge of advertising and social media.
• Ability to translate best practices into effective solutions.
• Experience in project management and client engagement.
• Must be located in the US.
• Fluency in English.
