Brand and Digital Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Brand and Digital Consultant will develop and implement talent brand, attraction and engagement solutions that enable clients to enhance the quality of hire, ignite talent performance and maximize the value of the client’s employer brand.

In Short

• Develop commercially effective talent brand, digital and communications solutions.
• Use market and talent intelligence to inform targeted talent marketing initiatives.
• Partner with clients to develop briefs and own the solution development and deployment.
• Manage various Brand & Digital projects with timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Measure and maximize ROI on all projects.
• Support business development opportunities such as multi-national RPO deals.
• Work within the Global Brand, Digital and Communications Practice.
• Engage in talent marketing excellence and attraction activities.
• Deliver core product/service revenues across new and existing clients.
• Fluency in English is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing required.
• Strong understanding of talent marketing is necessary.
• Experience with EVP/Employer brand strategy, advertising, and social media.
• Ability to translate best practices into practical solutions.
• Experience in managing client relationships and project delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
