Preboarding Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Preboarding Specialist is responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for candidates.

In Short

• Work Location: Remote
• Work Schedule: 7am - 5pm CST
• Enter and track candidate orders.
• Review submittals for compliance.
• Review background and drug reports.
• Complete welcome calls and emails to candidates.
• Monitor candidate onboarding tasks.
• Provide excellent service to candidates and clients.
• Assist with vendor checks when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Typing skills with a minimum of 40 WPM.
