Preboarding Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Preboarding Specialist is responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities, focusing on quality and compliance.

• Handle background verification, referencing, drug checking, and onboarding.
• Track candidate orders and ensure compliance with job requisitions.
• Provide excellent service to candidates and client teams.
• Monitor candidate onboarding tasks for timely completion.
• Assist with building new client audit procedures.
• Maintain communication with candidates through welcome calls and emails.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required.
• Must have at least one year of experience in a business or office environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment.
• Typing skills with a minimum of 40 WPM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Strong customer service and administrative skills.
