The Contract Work and Family Life (WFL) Programs Supervisor will manage the delivery of non-clinical WFL programs, focusing on leadership, staff supervision, and program compliance.

• Provide supervisory oversight of WFL Consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a social or behavioral science field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in managing social services or educational programs.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a background investigation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills preferred.
• Experience in a government contract environment preferred.
