• Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Health and Life Sciences engagements.
• Architect and deliver complex Salesforce solutions tailored to healthcare clients.
• Collaborate with account executives for discovery sessions.
• Build vertical-specific architectures for clients.
• Assist in authoring SOWs and proposals.
• Lead post-sales to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain solution assets relevant to healthcare.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of implementation experience on Salesforce Health Cloud.
• 3-5 years in technical pre-sales/solution engineering.
• 2-3 years leading a team of consultants.
• Experience with healthcare data and compliance standards.
• Ability to craft SOWs and solution artifacts.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
