Overview

The Sales Engineer for the Pega Practice will serve as a technical and strategic advisor during the sales process. This role requires deep expertise in Pega solutions, coupled with strong business acumen to effectively articulate the value of Ciberspring’s services to prospective clients.

In Short

  • Partner with sales teams to identify client needs and develop tailored Pega solutions.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other client inquiries with detailed, persuasive proposals.
  • Analyze client requirements to create scalable, efficient Pega-based architectures.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships.
  • Stay up to date on Pega product updates and industry trends.
  • Work closely with Ciberspring’s Pega delivery team for seamless project execution.
  • Align with marketing teams to showcase success stories.
  • Contribute to the development of whitepapers and thought leadership content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or consulting role.
  • Strong understanding of Pega’s architecture and applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • Prior experience in the insurance and/or financial services industries.
