• Lead the design and development of a Digital Experience Platform (DXP) based on Drupal.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in code standards and architectural design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of learning.
• Guide the development of Drupal applications, including custom modules and themes.
• Ensure security and performance best practices are followed.
• Create and maintain necessary design documentation.
• Communicate effectively with client teams.
• Proficiency in object-oriented design and data modeling.
• Experience managing Drupal deployments across environments.

Requirements

• Extensive web development experience with advanced skills in Drupal.
• In-depth knowledge of Drupal 10+ architecture and best practices.
• Experience with responsive web applications and front-end technologies.
• Proven software architecture design and technical leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English.
• Capability to create proof of concepts and code complex mechanisms.
• Familiarity with integrating open-source and third-party applications.
• Knowledge of non-functional requirements like accessibility and security.
