In Short

• Utilize /FLOW and its agents for documentation and modernization of legacy systems.
• Design and advocate for cloud architectural solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams technically, ensuring best practices in Agile Software Engineering and DevSecOps.
• Participate in discovery and co-creation of solutions, diving into technical aspects of existing applications and potential solutions.
• Structure technical backlogs and refine stories.
• Refine architectural designs, develop proofs of concept, and implement frameworks, components, and modules.
• Create and manage the technical project roadmap, including architectural activities, system dependencies, risks, and technical debts.
• Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliveries.

Requirements

• Experience in designing and implementing complex systems using Java.
• Experience in developing event-driven distributed services.
• Experience with Discovery and Upstream processes, with stakeholders and partner teams.
