As Principal Product Manager for Product-Led Growth & Platform, you'll lead ChowNow's transformation into a self-service powerhouse, fundamentally changing how restaurants discover, adopt, and expand their use of our platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years focused on product-led growth.
• Experience leading PLG transformation at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong technical background with platform/infrastructure products.
• Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term wins.
• Analytical rigor with expertise in growth metrics.
• Experience with product analytics tools.
• Understanding of restaurant operations is preferred.
• Comfort with API design and billing infrastructure.
• Understanding of modern SaaS architecture.
