Overview

As a senior software engineer, you will join one of our engineering teams to assist in building and maintaining tools and automation to support our validator operations for various blockchain networks.

In Short

• Contribute to upstream software to improve observability.
• Build tools to track and manage our fleet of servers.
• Automate machine provisioning.
• Track and automate builds for multiple networks.
• Automate updates and failover processes.
• Automate snapshot creation and storage for blockchain data.
• Design and develop new features based on stakeholder discussions.
• Support and mentor fellow engineers.

Requirements

• Experience with Rust, Python, Go, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Postgres and Docker.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and blockchain technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and automation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
• Experience in monitoring and observability tools.
• Understanding of server management and provisioning.
• Experience with on-call incident management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to mentor and support junior engineers.
