Facilities Engineering Team Lead - Remote

Overview

As a Facilities Engineering Team Lead, you will lead and manage building systems projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective communication with clients and overseeing project teams.

• Lead and manage building systems projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Oversee project teams and ensure successful delivery.
• Travel to client sites up to 50% of the time.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar.
• 3 years of related experience or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with MEP project management.
• Functional understanding of commercial facilities systems.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Ability to manage and motivate project teams.
• Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
