Senior Commissioning Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Commissioning Engineer at Chinook Systems, Inc., you will support clients by delivering commissioning services throughout the facility lifecycle, applying your technical expertise to solve complex problems and coaching junior staff.

In Short

• Coordinate and deliver commissioning services for facility projects.
• Prepare commissioning plans, specifications, and reports.
• Conduct design and site reviews, performance testing, and training.
• Ensure conformance with project requirements and documentation.
• Review technical reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop effective working relationships with clients and team members.
• Support bid proposal documentation preparation.
• Participate in company process development and training.
• Travel to client sites up to 10-20% of the time.
• Uphold Chinook's reputation for excellence in engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in commissioning facilities systems.
• Must be a Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• Commissioning Certification (CxA, CCP, CBCP) required.
• Experience with ASHRAE Energy Audits.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and scheduling software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
• U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
