Lead Employee Success People Consultant - Remote

Overview

The organization is seeking an Employee Success Partner Consultant (ESPC) to join the ESBP team in LATAM. This role will understand the business and talent strategy and build strong connections with stakeholders and people managers.

In Short

• Partner with ESBPs to support and lead ES cyclical programs at the regional and country level.
• Support, drive, analyze and provide data-driven insights to guide ES programs.
• Conduct audits and process reviews for program efficiency and compliance.
• Serve as the primary ES point of contact in the country.
• Collaborate with One ES to drive the success of HR initiatives in LATAM.
• Engage with the Global ESPC community for best practices exchange.
• Develop content for ES and Business QBRs.
• Build and maintain relationships with people managers.
• Proactively identify organizational trends and deliver insights.
• Mentor and onboard fellow ESPCs.

Requirements

• 5-7 years in HR roles, ideally in multinational environments.
• Strong ability to learn and leverage HR technology and AI tools.
• Ability to manage, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Deep understanding of HR practices in Chile/Colombia.
• Strong multitasking and project management skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive data.
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce’s culture.
• English proficiency; Portuguese is a plus.
