Overview

The Employee Central Success Factors Consultant will provide second-level support for ECTO and SFTT solutions, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and enhancing the skills of the level 1 support team.

• Provide second-level support to end users and level 1 support team.
• Collaborate with level 1 team to resolve support tickets.
• Troubleshoot user issues related to time off requests and tracking.
• Document and track issues and resolutions.
• Provide training to level 1 technical support team members.
