Overview

We are seeking a technology engineer with extensive experience in Windows desktop migration to ensure business-critical applications function correctly on Azure-hosted desktops.

In Short

• Execute user migrations following the factory playbook.
• Validate end-user functionality on NDS.Next desktops.
• Perform application testing, defect reproduction, and regression checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows and applications.
• Write clear user updates and technical notes.
• Provide structured reporting on workload status, risks, and blockers.
• Strong familiarity with Windows desktop environments.
• Proficiency in Azure and core networking concepts.
• Excellent communication skills for technical issues.
• Strong personal project management skills.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of overall experience, with 3 years in Windows desktop migration.
• Strong debugging and problem isolation skills.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted troubleshooting is a plus.
• Prior application development experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid documentation for foreigners residing in Mexico.
